StarBalkans creates opportunities for young people and students to participate in mobility programmes, youth exchanges and international experiences that support personal, professional and intercultural development.
These opportunities are developed through IAESTE Albania, the official national representative of IAESTE Global in Albania, as well as through different projects and programmes where international mobility and youth exchange form part of the activities. Through IAESTE Albania, students are continuously offered field-specific international exchange opportunities aligned with their area of study, connecting academic backgrounds with practical and professional experiences abroad.
Depending on the programme, StarBalkans contributes to participant selection and coordination, communication with international partners, pre-mobility preparation, activity organisation and assistance throughout the process. These experiences enable participants to build new connections, exchange practices and cultures, develop skills and gain international experience.
